1. Key Definitions

"Company" and "Us" references E-Media Limited. "Customer" or "Client" defines corporate institutions or private bodies entering video procurement agreements. "Works" mentions final color-graded video outputs, drafts, visuals, and raw media records.

2. Legal Use of Digital Channels

Visitors browsing this platform agree to do so only for legitimate research or video booking. Any scanning, malicious form submission, or illegal script running is heavily prohibited.

3. Media Specifications & Bookings

Service orders are finalized only when an authorized production supervisor delivers a countersigned video work order indicating detailed milestones, payment schedules, and shoot parameters.

4. Financial Terms and Currencies

All service pricing referenced on general digital leaflets remains in Kenya Shillings (KES). Standard agreements require a fifty-percent (50%) kickoff deposit before studio work, camera booking, and crew reservation can begin.

5. Revision Frameworks

Revisions are managed within the limits of selected packages during post-production. Changing of concept pathways, scripts, and actors after shooting wraps is billed as separate work.

6. Ownership and Licensing Rights

Complete commercial ownership rights of the final videos transfer to the Client only upon full settlement of invoice balances. E-Media preserves rights to feature project snippets inside marketing reels.

7. Liability Limits

E-Media Limited is not responsible for any indirect financial losses, marketing scheme collapses, platform outages, or distribution failures resulting from the public broadcast of finished videos.

8. Regulatory Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Nairobi, Kenya. Any disputes will be settled within local commercial courts.
